In Harajuku Tokyo, you can get this iconic rainbow grilled cheese from Le Shiner on Takeshita Street. I had to make it at home! If you have food allergies or just aren’t in Japan but want the experience and fun of a rainbow grilled cheese, this one’s for you. Thinly shredded mozzarella cheese + food colouring, carefully arranged on buttered bread and grilled until gooey. That’s it! A delicious treat to give you a taste of Japan at home!
