Seafood Paella for Sasha: Inspired by Attack on Titan (gluten free)

Inspired by the final season of Attack on Titan, I am making Niccolo’s seafood paella that Sasha fell in love with. This one-pot full of flavourful saffron rice, sweet shrimp and fresh mussels really hits the spot. This scene was honestly amazing, definitely one of Sasha’s best and I love her reaction to Niccolo’s food. It is deceptively easy to make and will always impress! It did win our sweet Sasha’s heart after all.

Inspired by Demon Slayer, I’m making Rengoku’s iconic bento. This was a long time coming but with Mugen Train airing now, I thought it was the perfect time. This scene is so silly and is an amazing introduction to a fantastic character. This bento is truly comfort food in a box. Inspired by My Hero Academia, I’m making Shoto Todoroki’s favourite meal, Zaru Soba! This dish is super quick and simple to whip up, and it is also very light and refreshing. The cold soba noodles are chewy with a great earthy taste and they pair so well with the flavourful mentsuyu dipping sauce. The bursts of fresh wasabi really brings the whole dish together!
