Inspired by the final season of Attack on Titan, I’m making White Rabbit Ice Cream! The scene in the final episode of S4 part 2, where Sasha buys ice cream from the street vendor was so sweet and I really wanted to capture the moment and share a delicious recipe with you that I’m sure Sasha would have loved!

The ice cream that Sasha buys looks like a simple vanilla flavour, so I wanted to do something a bit more fun than that. I decided to use the famous White Rabbit candy’s milk counterpart to bring in a sweet, milky flavour to my ice cream. Thus making White Rabbit Ice Cream, a really yummy, easy, and unique dessert with a long and interesting history.

This recipe is super easy and comes together really quickly so it makes for a perfect summer treat to beat the heat. Or if you’re just really missing Attack on Titan and can’t wait for the next season, this cone of goodness should help you out. I was thrilled to enjoy a big two scoop serving of the White Rabbit ice cream on a gluten free waffle cone, how many scoops will you have?
